For over 20 years, Wes built his career in the racing industry. Early on, he became part of the NASCAR world, working with legendary teams ranging from Petty Enterprises to Chip Ganassi Racing. During that time, he wore many hats—from general mechanic to aerodynamics—gaining a deep understanding of precision, performance, and attention to detail.
While racing was the day job, fishing was always the passion. Wes spent countless hours on the water while building a side business super-tuning fishing reels. In 2008, rod building began as a hobby. After years of learning the craft and perfecting the process, that hobby evolved into building custom rods for the public.
